By using the Podcasts Québec website, you accept the terms below. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.
1. Service description
Podcasts Québec is a free directory of podcasts produced in Quebec. The site indexes public RSS feeds and lets visitors explore, listen and favourite podcasts. No audio content is hosted on our servers.
2. Intellectual property
Titles, descriptions, artworks and audio files of the podcasts belong to their respective producers. Podcasts Québec only displays them publicly for indexing and discovery purposes. Any producer may request the removal of their content by writing to bonjour@podcastsquebec.ca.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Any fraudulent, automated or abusive use of the site may lead to account suspension without notice.
4. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". While we do our best to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed, we cannot be held liable for errors, service interruptions or third-party content.
5. Changes
These terms may evolve. Any significant change will be flagged on this page with an updated date.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec, Canada.
